Polymaster's rotational moulded rainwater tanks are designed and manufactured under strict control to ensure they are suitable for drinking quality and fully UV stabilised in all colours to survive the harsh climate experienced in this country. Polymaster tanks are manufactured using the best linear low density polyethylene and are tested to comply with:

• AS/NZS 4766(INT) Polyethylene storage tanks for water and chemicals
• AS/NZS 4020:2002 Aust. Std. for drinking water
• AS 2070 Part 1 & Part 8 Aust. Std. for food contact

All Polymaster Tanks have moulded lugs that enable easy lifting and can be used for tiedown points when tank is installed.

• Polymaster's roof profile has been designed and tested over many years. The ribbed and domed roof has proven to be the strongest and most durable. No internal support is needed in any size tank.
• Solid brass threaded outlet placed through the wall with a gate valve are standard on all tanks.
• All tanks are rotationally moulded and tested to ensure walls are thickest at the base where water pressure is greatest.

Polymaster's traditional corrugated wall profile cannot be substituted for strength and appearance. This style has have been in use and PROVEN for over 100 years and is recognised to be the strongest and best DESIGN.
A well known fact is, as soon as an object receives some ribbing the rigidity increases enormously.
An important feature of Polymaster tanks is the ONE PIECE CONSTRUCTION. Roof and walls are moulded as one with no joins, seams or partlines down the walls. At no stage is the roof cut off and screwed back on.
