PUNA is a broadleafed perennial herb with an extensive tap root which aids persistence, as well as contributing to the forage’s high mineral content due to its uptake ability.

Puna II Chicory

Best suited to specialist lamb finishing feed where an extended growing season to Puna is required. Grasslands PUNA II was bred from true perennial chicory parents under grazing evaluations, and released after Australian trials confirmed its high dry matter production, improved re-growth after grazing, and good persistence.
